My Services

Therapy isn’t for the faint of heart. Real growth takes time, effort, and honesty. In my work, uncomfortable topics get unpacked, patterns rise to the surface, and that “junk in the trunk” you’ve been avoiding finally gets some light.

The goal isn’t to stay in the hard stuff — it’s to move through it with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

If you’re ready to build self-trust and make meaningful change, therapy is the place to start.

ways we can work together

  • A graphic design with a dark blue background, a white square in the center, and the words 'Psychological Evaluation' written in large, cursive gold letters. Below, in smaller black text, it says 'Clarity & Direction'.

    clarity.

Clarity begins with understanding. A comprehensive psychological evaluation provides the precision and perspective that therapy alone cannot. It offers a structured, and in-depth view of your strengths and struggles—helping you name what is happening, why it matters, and what to do next.

  • The image features a dark blue background with a white square in the center. Overlaid on the white square, the words "Foundational Therapy" are written in large, gold, cursive font. Beneath that, in smaller black text, it says "Stability & Balance."

    relief.

Relief is obtained through intentional change. These sessions target specific symptoms, reduce stress, and strengthen cognitive and behavioral flexibility. The goal is to bring ease and steadiness to your daily life, relationships, and mental load—so you can move from coping to real change.

  • Book cover titled 'Exploratory Therapy: Identity & Meaning' with dark blue background and white square in the center containing gold cursive text.

    guidance.

Guidance begins where insight meets curiosity. For clients seeking more than symptom relief, this work explores identity, meaning, and long-standing patterns with depth and discernment. The goal is to bring direction and coherence to life transitions, difficult decisions, and the ongoing work of self-definition.

Steps to get you started

  • Poke Around My Website.

See if we’re a good fit and whether you want to move forward. Feel free to explore my “About” page to get a sense of who I am, or check the “Services” pages to see if your needs and my services align.

  • Consider Logistics.

I provide telehealth only. Fees and scheduling details are on the FAQ page, so you can see if this is a financial and time investment that fits your life. Sessions are held weekly at a consistent day and time.

  • Reach Out and Hang tight.

Go to the Contact page and enter your name and email. You can introduce yourself or just request a free 15–20 minute consultation. I’ll reply by email (it’s the best way to reach me).

  • Schedule Initial Consult.

Once I receive your message, I’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours with options for a consultation. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule your first session. If there’s a waitlist, I’ll let you know.

  • Orient yourself with the portal.

When we confirm a start date, you’ll get a recurring Zoom link and a welcome email from SimplePractice (my client portal). That’s where you’ll log in, review and sign documents, and complete enrollment.

  • Show up… (do the thing)...

Add your session time to your calendar and update your Zoom link as needed. Showing up consistently is where the progress happens — I’ll take it from there.
